During his visit to my property to inspect it and to prepare a cost estimate for replacement of all rain gutters and downspouts Tom very clearly explained what products would be used and how he planned to do the work. He and an employee arrived on time to begin the job and worked continuously throughout the days necessary to complete the work. The work site was thoroughly cleaned after the work was done. The job was done so well that I immediately hired him to powerwash my entire house and garage and to paint the garage doors, windows, and shutters, and to paint two house chimneys after repairing several cracks in their existing stucco finish. Once again a thorough cleanup job was done after the work was done. He gets an A+ recommendation from me!

Tom replied to my request right away. He evaluated the area of leaking I was concerned about and noticed other areas for preventive maintenance. He came out to do the work as soon as I gave approval and I was grateful to him for making the cost affordable even when the area he repaired was greater than first estimated to be. I really liked him and his crew. I wish them continued success in their endeavors. I definitely would use them again. FIRST - FAST - FINEST !!!

Tom responded within hours of posting the request. He sized up the work, examined my roof and quickly came up with an estimate. He did the work the next day in about 4 hours. Overall an excellent experience.

I unfortunately had a wait a couple of months but once I called Tom back he was right there. If I have any other roof problems I wouldn’t use anyone else!! Tom is a pleasure! We communicated a couple of times prior to our appointment and were able to schedule time for him to come by and assess my needs quickly. Tom arrived on time and promptly jumped onto the roof to assess our situation. He provided two options for repair - quick and long-term. I choose both...so Tom was able to repair the leak on the spot and we will utilize his services for the full repair in the coming weeks. Tom was clear, professional, and very nice.
